I have officially found my new favorite way to drink matcha - matcha ice cubes!
This recipe is super easy and tasty! Here’s what you’ll need:
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Lavender Sweetener ( optional )
Ice Cube Tray
Boil one cup of water. Pour the water into the cocktail shaker. Next, grab your junction’s matcha and pour one tablespoon of matcha into the water. It’s important to pour water first and matcha second so that the matcha dissolves properly. You’ll then measure and pour one tablespoon of condensed milk and shake well.
Grab your ice cube tray and fill evenly. Pop the tray into the freezer and let sit overnight.
The following morning - you’re going to prepare your milk. Mix with cup of oat milk with your choice of sweetener.
Pop your ice cubes out and add to glass -
pour your milk over the cubes and enjoy!
1 TBSP Junction Ceremonial Grade Matcha
1 TBSP Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Oat Milk
1 Cup of hot water
Sweetener to taste ( optional )
