Returns

When will I receive my order?

Each order takes 5-7 business days to process. Shipping turnaround times apply. This is just an estimate and does not include holidays or weekends.

During holidays and sales, processing times are extended to up to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and support during these times as most items are handmade.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. If you have any questions, we are always here to help. We can be reached via chat located on the front of our website or direct message via our instagram account for fastest response. Please allow up to 48 hours for customer service response.


Delivery Times: Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5-15 business days to deliver.

Track My Order

We always do our best to ensure that your orders arrive to you on time. You can track it online through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow for 24-48 hours from receiving your link to activate.

What is your return policy?

Most of our items are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if a product arrives damaged or does not fit, we are more than happy to replace or offer a store credit.

  • You have 14 business days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
  • To complete your return, we require a packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a store credit, that item is now final sale.
  • Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.
  • Please return it in the way you received it, with original packaging. Shortly after, you will receive a store credit via email if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost of new item. Merchant will cover return shipping.
  • Exchanges take up 14 business days for processing after item has been received from customer. Once eligible items are processed, a new tracking number will be generated and emailed to customer. 
  • Store credits cannot be combined with sale or other discounts.

What items are non-returnable?

All apparel, tea items ( cups, diffusers, tea pots and tea ) , earrings, capsule collection and sample sale items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES. this policy is for the protection and safety of our customers.

Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase. 

Ordering and Delivery

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has processed and shipping label generated you are unable to cancel your order.

My package is missing.

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS or DHL) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS or DHL Express. JUNCTION Unltd will not be obligated to handle such issues.

Product Care

What materials do you use?

Water durable stainless steel is the base metal used for the majority of the pieces. The base metal is then plated in 18K gold, rhodium or silver. We also use freshwater pearls, glass beads, biodegradable acetate and recycled steel and copper.

All pieces are sensitive skin safe.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

  1. Limit exposure to water, personal care and beauty products.

  2. Store pieces separately, and hang necklaces to keep them from tangling.

  3. Wipe clean with a soft cloth, and do not use conventional fine jewelry cleaner.

P.S. We are committed to producing top quality jewelry with superior plating thickness. However, if your pieces are exposed to the products or water as per above, some tarnishing may occur. Additionally, your own pH may impact the life cycle of your jewelry.

Replating policy

RE-PLATING MUST BE REQUESTED NO LATER THAN 6 MONTHS AFTER YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE. PLEASE EMAIL customerservice@jnct.co WITH “REPLATE” + ORDER NUMBER” IN SUBJECT LINE. Customer is responsible for SHIPPING COST. This is available for ONE TIME USE PER ORDER FOR UP TO 2 PIECES, PER CUSTOMER. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RE-PLATED ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK OUT TO YOU.
