Flax Milk ( or your choice of milk alternative )
Your Choice of Sweetener
Grab your blenders and lets get going! Add 1 cup of spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 2 scoops of matcha, 1 tablespoon of sweetener ( I used agave ) and 1 cup of milk. Versus my usual oat milk, I decided to try flax milk as I recently learned it is the healthier choice of all plant based milk. Blend it all together.
